Innovative University of Eurasia (InEU) – leading nonstate higher education establishment in the Republic of Kazakstan, providing staff training on 55 specialities of economic, law, technical, natural and humanities directions.
At the university there is a multi-level system of education:

• school-lyceum;
• professional lyceum;
• college;
• higher and second higher education;
• Master’s courses;
• postgraduate courses

Over 11 thousand students study at InEU, among them:

• 1500 students have recieved state grants;
• 15 students have recieved grants in  “Bolashak” program and study in the USA, the UK and Russia;
• 250 students have received grants from the head of the region;
• 10 students have received grants from foreign entrepreneurs;
• 7 students have become the holders of the president’s grant.

At InEU you can get:

• the education corresponding to the State Standard and get the diploma of the state standard of the Republic of Kazakstan;
• the education of international standard and get the diploma of state standard of Russia and Germany;
• additional professional education (at the institute of raising professional skills, foreign language courses, information technology courses, courses of personal management and others)

Training is carried out in Kazakh, Russian and English languages on the day-time, part-time and dual forms.

• In 2005 the economic specialities of InEU have been successfully accredited on the Central Asian program of developing business education quality CAMEQ.
• The results of the State intermediate attestation say: by the results of specialists training quality InEU is one of the leaders among 177 higher education establishments in Kazakstan.
• According to the rating of the higher educational establishments of the Republic of Kazakstan carried by the Institute of comparative social research “Cessy - Kazakstan”, InEU takes the first place among multi – profile higher educational establishments in Eastern region.
• For 15 years the university has trained over 9 thousand specialists, representing InEU adequately in all fields and levels of economy management of the region, republic, neighbouring and far-away countries.
• At the university there are over 700 highly qualified teachers, among them over 250 teachers have the scientific degrees of Doctor of science and Candidate of science.
• The leading scientists of higher educational establishments of Kazakstan, leading specialists of enterprises and establishments, famous people of culture of Pavlodar Region are invited to the training process.

Our graduates have a good perspective of job placement. Over 70 percent of them already know the place of their future work before the defence of the diploma projects. The university center “Perspective” helps the InEU graduates’ placement and their promotion.

The scientific library of InEU is the member of Association of university libraries of Kazakstan, Information consortium, holder of the grant of fund “Soros - Kazakstan”. The library has a rich fund of modern scientific and methodical, teaching literature and belles-letters. Electronic catalogue, syblibrar, Internet-cafe, five specialized reading halls are at the disposal of readers.

InEU is the holder of international grants:

• of “Eurasia” fund for introduction of dual teaching form;
• of CAMAN fund for organizing pilot Centet of career;
• on the project  ТEMPUS TACIS ЕС “Power engineering meets Central Asia”;
• of Ministry Education and Science “Soros - Kazakstan” on the project “Evaluation of higher education quality”

InEI – the regional scientific center. It comprises six Scientific Research Institute of:

• Education;
• Problems of stable regional development;
• Linguistics;
• Metallurgy and heat engineering;
• Power engineering;
• Biotechnology.
